In alignment with the Group’s 2025 Intelligent Logistics Development Strategy, HELI & Yufeng is systematically advancing the cultivation of regional sales planning and commissioning engineers, laying a solid foundation of talent in the intelligent logistics field. The company has developed a phased approach to talent pipeline building, ensuring steady and effective progress.

At the program’s opening meeting, General Manager Mr. Xiang Weifeng encouraged all participants to maintain a spirit of positivity, ambition, and continuous improvement. He shared three key expectations:

  1. Be proactive in learning and effective in communication to enhance overall competence.

  2. Strive for excellence and perfection to sharpen professional skills.

  3. Gain practical experience to grow into core talents in intelligent logistics, contributing wisdom and strength to the sector’s high-quality development.

Mr. Xiang also outlined clear career development paths, setting direction and growth benchmarks for the trainees. He reviewed HELI & Yufeng’s development journey and future strategy in intelligent logistics, inspiring confidence and a sense of mission in building long-term careers in the industry.



Comprehensive Training in Four Phases
The first phase — three weeks of general knowledge training — has been successfully completed. The curriculum covered corporate culture, strategic planning, management systems, and fundamentals of intelligent logistics, establishing a solid cognitive framework and role awareness for participants.

The second through fourth phases are now underway, combining “systematic coursework + hands-on practice.” These stages focus on core hardware products, software systems, key technologies, and project-based training to strengthen both technical expertise and overall capability, providing strong momentum for the company’s digital transformation and high-quality growth.

Dual Approach: Theory and Practice
In the core training stages, HELI & Yufeng follows an integrated model of “classroom learning + on-site practice + evaluation.” The program, jointly planned by the Technical Center and HR Department, ensures that each training stage is well-structured, interconnected, and goal-driven.



Theoretical modules cover mobile robot hardware and essential software systems such as WMS, WCS, and scheduling platforms. Lessons include product configuration, design principles, structural components, performance characteristics, and software testing. Delivered by front-line engineers, the content is closely aligned with real business needs, enhancing both relevance and effectiveness.



Immersive Workshop Practice to Strengthen Role Adaptability
In the workshop stage, 37 graduates are undergoing a 10-week rotation across key production areas, including final assembly, robot testing, parts storage, and finished goods warehouses. Guided by a “mentorship” approach — hands-on and face-to-face — they gain direct operational experience, quickly adapting to their roles.

Trainees master the use of tools, standard assembly processes, part handling, and operational standards, while deepening their understanding of quality requirements, 2S management, safety protocols, lean improvements, and plant layout principles.




Regular progress assessments and Q&A sessions address challenges in real time, forming a feedback loop that supports continuous growth.



Building the Next Generation of Intelligent Logistics Experts
This training program, HELI & Yufeng’s first targeted recruitment and development initiative for new graduates, focuses on enhancing intelligent logistics solution planning and project delivery capabilities. As part of the Group’s “15th Five-Year” strategy, it is a pioneering step in talent development.

The program integrates three mechanisms — teamwork collaboration, phased challenges, and competitive assessments — across three key modules (“smart equipment, smart software, logistics solutions”) and six typical application scenarios in nine major industries. Over seven months and seven phases, it covers general knowledge, logistics products, software systems, core technologies, professional skills, project experience, and real-world capabilities.

Graduates of the program will emerge as:

  • Solution Planning Engineers — skilled in understanding client needs, configuring hardware and software, and coordinating sales and service.

  • Commissioning Engineers — proficient in deploying, testing, and maintaining hardware and software systems.

This is not only a training program but also a practical initiative combining intelligent technology with industrial transformation. It demonstrates HELI & Yufeng’s commitment to national strategic talent cultivation and marks a solid step forward in building a professional talent base in intelligent logistics.
